Delete Your Account

Important Warning

Deleting your account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. This action will permanently delete all of your information, including:

  • All content you have created, saved, or published through the Service
  • All media files, images, videos, and other assets you have uploaded
  • All scheduled posts and content drafts
  • All analytics data and performance metrics
  • All organization data, team member information, and collaboration history
  • All connected social media account integrations and access tokens
  • All subscription and billing information
  • All personal settings, preferences, and customizations

Once your account is deleted, this information cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have downloaded or exported any data you wish to keep before proceeding with account deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your Sales Machine account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account using your credentials
  2. Navigate to Settings by clicking on the Settings icon or accessing the Settings menu from your account dashboard
  3. Go to Account Settings - within the Settings page, locate and click on the "Account" section, then select "Account Settings"
  4. Find the Account Deletion section - scroll down to find the "Delete Account" or "Account Deletion" section at the bottom of the Account Settings page
  5. Confirm account deletion - read the warning message carefully, confirm that you understand the consequences, and follow the prompts to complete the deletion process

The account deletion process requires you to confirm your identity and acknowledge that you understand the permanent nature of this action. You may be asked to enter your password or provide additional verification before the deletion is processed.

What Happens After Deletion

Once you confirm the deletion of your account:

  • Your account will be immediately deactivated and you will be logged out
  • All of your data will be scheduled for permanent deletion
  • All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within one (1) hour
  • After deletion is complete, your data cannot be recovered or restored
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • All connected third-party integrations will be revoked

Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once the one-hour deletion period has elapsed, all information associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

Before You Delete

Before proceeding with account deletion, we recommend that you:

  • Export or download any content, reports, or data you wish to keep
  • Cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges
  • Disconnect any third-party integrations if you plan to use them elsewhere
  • Notify team members if you are part of an organization
  • Save any important settings or configurations you may need in the future
